Dreaming

We have found a beautiful home that is just perfect for us. We're putting an offer in on it tomorrow. It's going to be low, much lower than what they're asking. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that they come back with a counter offer that's halfway workable for us. Of course even if they accept the offer we still have to sell our house. The good news in that area is that the drug dealers across the street are getting evicted. That's gotta count for something right?

Keep your fingers crossed for us.

Presumably this new house will be less than 30 seconds away from my apartment?

Good luck, on both sides of the transaction.

Good luck! I went through real estate hell last year and into this spring. I wish you much, much better luck than we had!!

Life is always better without resident drug dealers. Absolutely.

Fingers are crossed! I hate the offer/counter-offer game. I hope they just accept the offer and life can move on!

LOL, just wondering how you know about the drug dealers? I wish there was some kind of site for that stuff like there is for sexual predators (watchdog.org) as far as I can tell no druggies, but there is a pedophile within a half mile of our new place. GRRRRR.

Good luck with the house, the market is crap so that should help!

Packing is the suck.

Hi, I know that you're busy with your real life and all, but do you plan on writing more about Joseph and then maybe even when you decided to try for and have Ellie?

I don't know you irl, but really liked the Joseph story
